Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Tulip’s Cypress + TypeScript E2E automation framework.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Research and implement load and performance testing strategies.
- Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate test generation and improve coverage.
- Execute exploratory, regression, and manual tests on new features.
- Mentor QA teammates and promote automation best practices.
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives and coordinate with product teams.
- Serve as a quality advocate in engineering planning.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of QA experience with a blend of manual testing and automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Cypress and TypeScript/JavaScript automation frameworks.
- Experience with API testing tools and automating API tests.
- Strong exploratory/manual testing skills for complex SaaS products.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience using AI-powered tools to improve testing quality.
- Demonstrated experience leading quality initiatives.
