Responsibilities
- Build out streaming infrastructure for the data integration platform.
- Capture data from various platforms for processing within the Data Ingestion Platform.
- Integrate customers into the new streaming infrastructure, migrating from older models as needed.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and the ATO Detection team on product requirements.
- Understand and represent the needs of the ATO Detection team to the ATO Infrastructure team.
- Assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit during the interview process.
- Attract candidates to the ATO team through effective demonstration of strengths.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of overall software engineering experience.
- Experience with streaming data systems like Kafka or Spark.
- Proven ability to build and operate distributed systems at scale.
- Familiarity with external party APIs.
- Strong sense of best practices in software development.
- 2+ years of experience with Python is a plus.
