Base Salary
$90k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop custom scoped applications using ServiceNow App Engine, App Engine Studio, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Design application data models, custom tables, relationships, business logic, security models, and user experiences.
- Build and maintain Service Portal applications, pages, widgets, and client- and server-side functionality.
- Develop advanced ServiceNow scripting using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Glide APIs, and related platform capabilities.
- Implement application security using roles, ACLs, application scopes, and ServiceNow security practices.
- Develop workflows and automation with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, subflows, actions, and scripted automation.
- Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, Scripted REST, and other integrations with external enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot complex application, scripting, integration, performance, and platform issues.
- Participate in architecture and technical design sessions and translate requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
- Perform code reviews and support testing, defect resolution, release management, production deployments, and technical documentation.
- Support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other enterprise capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders and participating in Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- DoD Secret clearance is required.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience is required; a relevant bachelor's degree may substitute for 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping is required.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required.
- Advanced ServiceNow implementation and development experience across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM is required.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies including HTML, CSS, and AJAX is required.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle and Agile methodology is required.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, prioritization, and teamwork skills are required.
- Desired qualifications include Axonius Platform, asset management, Department of Defense, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, HTTP, web services, and system integration experience.
- Preferred certifications include Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and Agile Certification.
