Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on AI systems powering agents across chat, email, voice, meeting assistants, and lead enrichment.
- Work across multiple customer-facing and internal agentic systems.
- Improve retrieval, ranking, and response quality for production customer conversations.
- Contribute to evaluation and quality measurement across the platform.
- Ship production changes multiple times per day using the company’s modern AI and software stack.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of engineering experience, including meaningful experience with LLMs and related technologies.
- Experience working at least once in a startup environment.
- Deep familiarity with the agentic AI landscape and current AI tools and model releases.
- Proven ability to ship ML or AI systems to production rather than only building prototypes.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals across the stack.
- Experience with retrieval systems, search, or NLP is preferred.
- An advanced degree in ML or a related field is preferred.
