Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on AI systems for chat, email, voice, and meeting assistants.
- Work across multiple agentic systems, both customer-facing and internal.
- Improve retrieval, ranking, and response quality in real customer conversations.
- Contribute to the evaluation and measurement of quality across the platform.
- Ship to production multiple times a day using a modern tech stack.
Requirements
- 4+ years of engineering experience with LLMs and related technologies.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Deep familiarity with the agentic AI landscape and current tools.
- Proven ability to ship ML/AI systems in production.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals across the stack.
