Base Salary
$139k - $258k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build technical specifications, prototypes, and presentations to communicate technical ideas.
- Design, build, improve, and maintain highly performant and scalable services and data processing pipelines.
- Collaborate in a small, productive, and high-output team environment.
- Champion standard methodologies and process improvements within the team.
- Learn and apply new technologies and technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience at major technology companies or software startups building SaaS products and agents.
- Passion for solving customer problems using data insights, data science, and analytics.
- General understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, Apache Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, DAX, and ETL.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include 7–10 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data science, machine learning, or statistics.
- Preferred understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.
Benefits
- U.S. base pay range is $139,000–$257,550 annually, with a California range of $177,900–$257,550; actual pay varies by location, skills, and experience.
- Non-sales roles may receive short-term incentives through Adobe’s Annual Incentive Plan and may be eligible for long-term incentives through a new-hire equity award.
