Base Salary

$139k - $258k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build technical specifications, prototypes, and presentations to communicate technical ideas.
  • Design, build, improve, and maintain highly performant and scalable services and data processing pipelines.
  • Collaborate in a small, productive, and high-output team environment.
  • Champion standard methodologies and process improvements within the team.
  • Learn and apply new technologies and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software development experience at major technology companies or software startups building SaaS products and agents.
  • Passion for solving customer problems using data insights, data science, and analytics.
  • General understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing concepts.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, Apache Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, DAX, and ETL.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include 7–10 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data science, machine learning, or statistics.
  • Preferred understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.

Benefits

  • U.S. base pay range is $139,000–$257,550 annually, with a California range of $177,900–$257,550; actual pay varies by location, skills, and experience.
  • Non-sales roles may receive short-term incentives through Adobe’s Annual Incentive Plan and may be eligible for long-term incentives through a new-hire equity award.
