Responsibilities
- Serve as the embedded engineering partner for major DACH enterprise accounts.
- Run customer workshops, hackathons, implementation sprints, and live use-case scoping sessions.
- Scope, build, integrate, debug, and teach teams to adopt production AI agents and multi-step workflows.
- Ship complex agents, custom enterprise integrations, MCP servers, and end-to-end workflows.
- Act as a technical peer to customer CTOs and platform teams.
- Leave behind maintainable systems that customers can operate independently.
- Identify platform limitations, implement fixes, and feed customer learnings into product improvements.
- Travel regularly across the DACH region from a base in Munich.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise software engineering experience delivering production-grade AI agentic workflows.
- Proven experience shipping agentic AI systems, tool-use loops, and LLM features that operate under load.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills and ability to implement end-to-end solutions with external integrations and multi-step workflows.
- Hands-on experience working on-site with large DACH enterprise customers, including workshops, hackathons, complex use-case scoping, and end-to-end delivery.
- Experience building enterprise integrations and MCP servers for agent deployment.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Native-level German proficiency.
- High agency, strong ownership, and comfort working with minimal direction.
- Go experience, founder or early-employee experience, and experience with AI-assisted coding tools are nice to have.
Benefits
- Salary range of €80,000–€150,000 EUR annually.
- On-site work in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with significant travel across the DACH region.
