Responsibilities
- Build production applications with Claude models within customer systems.
- Deliver production technical artifacts such as MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills.
- Provide white-glove deployment support for Anthropic products in enterprise environments.
- Identify repeatable deployment patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks.
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify additional AI deployment opportunities throughout engagements.
- Travel approximately 25-50% to customer sites for in-person collaboration.
- Represent and champion Anthropic’s mission in customer environments.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, or as a Software Engineer with consulting experience.
- Native French speaker with fluent English proficiency.
- Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python and ideally one or more additional languages such as TypeScript or Java.
- Experience shipping production applications.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations and collaborate across teams.
- Strong communication skills for customer discovery and explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with financial services, healthcare/life sciences, another enterprise vertical, enterprise IT systems, or AI deployment patterns is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
