Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Own high-stakes projects end to end, from problem definition through implementation.
- Discuss software architecture with engineers and build custom web applications.
- Work with large-scale data and technical systems to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, technical stakeholders, and non-technical individuals.
- Engage customer executives and establish strategy for the team.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Highly analytical approach and interest in solving technical problems involving data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience or interest in using large-scale data to solve valuable business problems.
- Demonstrated coding proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in German.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Willingness and interest to travel as needed; 25–50% travel is preferred but may vary by team and location.
