Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI technologies and tooling.
- Develop software aligned with specifications and documentation, including SRS and C4.
- Define, document, and communicate non-functional requirements covering performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Turn experiments into production-ready components through evaluation, monitoring, and iteration.
- Research, test, and implement new techniques, models, and tools.
- Coach colleagues on applied AI best practices and implementation approaches.
- Advise clients on technical direction, trade-offs, and solution design.
- Own deliverables end-to-end and uphold software development guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 recent years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Hands-on experience with areas such as deep learning, computer vision, speech and language processing, agentic AI, predictive models, or time series.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or Software Engineering specialized in AI, or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate or conversational French proficiency.
- Proficiency with Python, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Experience with data analysis, cleaning, processing, augmentation, AI cloud services, MLOps, and testing practices.
- Experience with a major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Preferred experience with Go, Java, JavaScript, enterprise software development, storage and caching systems, queue systems, microservices, serverless architectures, domain-driven design, or client-side frameworks such as Angular, React, or Svelte.
