Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Build, review, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous Apex, tests, custom APIs, integrations, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Configure Salesforce using Lightning flows, validation rules, approval processes, Flexi Pages, point-and-click customizations, and automations.
- Manage source control and deployments using Git, change sets, and Salesforce CLI tools.
- Perform data modeling, data migration, API integrations, and real-time and batch processing within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, and related teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, knowledge sharing, risk management, and secure coding practices.
- Lead or supervise team members where applicable, or provide technical expertise and guidance as an individual contributor.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce security levels and access handling, sharing and visibility, data modeling, and standard Salesforce features and configurations.
- Strong Apex development expertise, including Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous Apex, testing, dynamic Apex, callouts, and custom APIs.
- Experience with Aura, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce deployments, Git, Salesforce CLI, Developer Console, and Visual Studio Code.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using SOAP, REST, and Bulk API, including real-time and batch integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or other data-loading tools for migration.
- Knowledge of Force.com customization, Advanced Visualforce, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning components.
- Salesforce knowledge and Financial Services Cloud experience are highly valued.
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or another structured change environment is valued.
- Salesforce Developer certifications are preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, understand client requirements, and translate simple to complex user requirements into functional Salesforce software.
