Base Salary

$104k - $218k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and implement technical solutions across the PeopleSoft implementation lifecycle.
  • Translate business challenges and user stories into process and technical solutions using PeopleTools and system design skills.
  • Deliver features and capabilities during sprints in collaboration with Requirements Analysts and the Product Owner.
  • Analyze vendor-provided system updates and upgrades and recommend approaches that minimize customizations.
  • Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex problems.
  • Develop test scenarios and test cases and correct critical data when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related computer field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Five years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts, or application process redesign.
  • Three years of technical development experience with PeopleSoft HRMS ERP, including recent PeopleSoft 9.x experience.
  • Five years of experience developing, prototyping, and testing solutions for information systems implementation.
  • Two years of experience with Oracle and SQL commands.
  • Technical development experience with Enterprise Service Bus technology and PeopleSoft implementations.
  • Current and active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Desired qualifications include information systems project leadership, subject matter expertise, process and design documentation, IT application unit testing, customer domain experience, and certified PeopleSoft training.
