Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-driven strategies to streamline routine operations and support strategic programs.
- Migrate custom chip-design environments to standardized cloud-hosted virtual developer workstations.
- Design, implement, and support highly available distributed services and production-grade RPC services.
- Define the technical roadmap for the service stack and evaluate technologies and cloud-native tools for scalability and performance.
- Identify and refactor technical debt to improve modularity, maintainability, and code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with data structures, algorithms, and software development in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in Cloud Systems Design.
- Preferred: experience interacting directly with end users or product aptitude.
- Preferred: ability to apply Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to generate user insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
