Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a reliable, secure, cloud-native IAM platform.
- Design, build, and maintain IAM integrations using native connectors, SCIM interfaces, and custom API integrations.
- Extend infrastructure-as-code tooling and implement custom connectors for gaps in SaaS vendor capabilities.
- Automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver provisioning across integrated systems.
- Build data pipelines for identity-data archival, analytics, and anomaly detection.
- Monitor responsible systems, define alerts, participate in on-call rotations, and apply Site Reliability Engineering practices.
- Improve end-to-end test automation with acceptance testing against live platform APIs.
- Consult internal stakeholders on identity and access management best practices, access models, and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience with an enterprise IAM or IGA platform such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, or a comparable platform.
- Experience building IAM integrations, connectors, or extensions rather than only configuring UI workflows.
- Understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle management, access certifications, and role management.
- Strong software engineering skills in a compiled language, with Golang preferred, including production code, CLIs, tooling extensions, and automated tests.
- Working knowledge and implementation experience with SCIM, OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and deploying and operating services in a cloud environment.
- Ability to translate ambiguous, cross-system requirements into well-scoped and well-tested solutions.
