Responsibilities

Design and build LLM- and ML-powered products and features across the platform.
Bring new AI capabilities from experiment to production in collaboration with engineers and product builders.
Establish practices and novel approaches for AI development, testing, observability, and reliability.
Monitor and improve AI product performance and reasoning quality.
Partner with product and design teams to prototype and iterate on AI features and products.
Keep current with advances in generative AI, agentic systems, reasoning capabilities, and context engineering.

Hands-on experience with large language models and a proven track record of solving real-world problems with AI or machine learning.
Advanced statistical and data analysis skills.
STEM degree from a top university.
Product-driven approach focused on practical ML solutions and improved client outcomes.
Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Prior AI startup experience is preferred.
Strong publications or a GitHub profile is preferred.
