Base Salary
$266k - $372k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement content discovery algorithms for personalized user experiences.
- Drive the vision for the notifications relevance team by understanding the product deeply.
- Enhance recommendation capabilities, including retrieval, ranking models, and budgeting optimization.
- Deploy ML models and integrate LLMs while ensuring robust monitoring and product integration.
- Collaborate with ML, Product, Infrastructure, and Data Science teams to solve complex challenges.
- Mentor and guide senior and staff engineers within the team.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term roadmaps and balance operational wins with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience with expertise in large-scale recommendation systems.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements in notifications relevance.
- Strong experience in building and deploying large-scale ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLM in production and using generative AI for recommendation systems.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, particularly in Python and Golang.
- Experience with state-of-the-art model architectures is a big plus.
- Experience building production Agentic AI frameworks is a big plus.
