Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered tools and applications for engineering use cases.
- Build and integrate GenAI and AI agent solutions.
- Work with data pipelines, analytics, and machine learning workflows.
- Support AI model deployment and evaluation.
- Collaborate with global teams to improve engineering productivity.
- Contribute to software development, testing, and automation activities.
- Apply emerging AI, cloud, and DevOps technologies to engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or modern AI application development.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI-compatible APIs, or similar AI development ecosystems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, container technologies, and modern development practices.
- Understanding of data processing, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and the AI application lifecycle.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and collaborative software development workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Nice-to-have experience includes building AI copilots, AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automation solutions.
- Nice-to-have familiarity includes Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, enterprise AI platforms, DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, or software quality engineering practices.
- Contributions to personal projects, open-source initiatives, hackathons, or AI communities are valued.
