Responsibilities
- Ship features end-to-end, improving data quality and customer experience.
- Participate in technical discussions, design, and code reviews.
- Build reliable services and contribute to on-call rotations.
- Write scalable code for ingestion and governance workflows.
- Work on data observability and trusted data foundations.
- Deliver fullstack features across backend services and UI.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams.
- Invest in personal development and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of fullstack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js and/or React) and/or Python.
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud infrastructure tooling.
- Understanding of observability basics and automated testing.
- Ability to connect work to customer outcomes using data.
- Strong communication skills for clarifying questions and tradeoffs.
- Exposure to event analytics, data governance, or AI-assisted tooling is a plus.
