Base Salary
$187k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design complex systems and implement architectural improvements to support mission goals and optimize infrastructure components.
- Lead the development of agentic AI workflows, including management of the internal marketplace and plugin ecosystem.
- Architect and deploy large-scale government-aligned AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
- Create automated triage systems spanning metric discovery through automated code analysis.
- Collaborate with external teams to understand complex requirements, deliver solutions, and maintain professional relationships.
- Develop high-performance Python applications for agentic data processing and advanced AI integration.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required, with 4 additional years of experience permitted as a substitute.
- 12 years of software engineering experience required.
- Architectural and organizational experience with Kubernetes and Rancher.
- Advanced Python development experience for application and systems engineering.
- Linux development and advanced troubleshooting experience in Linux environments.
- Knowledge of advanced Git workflows and enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture.
- Experience with system design and leading technical initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience using AI to design, develop, and implement complex software and system architectures.
