Responsibilities
- Participate in Workday deployment and transformation projects for clients.
- Gather client requirements and understand integration needs.
- Lead the design and development of integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, Standard Connectors, and Extend.
- Configure and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
- Test and validate integrations for accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely client support.
- Document integration processes, configurations, and changes.
- Keep current with Workday updates and integration best practices.
- Provide client training and support on integration processes and tools.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, project management, service management, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, IT, physics, or mathematics.
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar implementation role.
- Strong experience with data integrations and data transformation processes.
- Experience in technical lead roles.
- Experience with XSLT and REST/SOAP web services.
- Fluent in English and French or German.
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, customer orientation, learning, communication, synthesis, teamwork, and remote-working abilities.
- Familiarity with Workday configuration or other software setup is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions is beneficial.
