Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contributing to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and guide team decisions.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support Workday integrations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- Experience with Workday Peakon Employee Voice as the primary skill.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with Workday integration tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory certification in the primary skill.
