Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of AI solutions and internal tooling.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Build reusable infrastructure and services for scalable AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify valuable AI opportunities.
- Select and operationalize appropriate models and tools for AI implementation.
- Produce documentation and guidance to facilitate AI adoption.
- Define engineering standards for AI systems development.
- Track performance and outcomes of deployed AI solutions.
- Continuously evaluate new AI developments for potential improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in building and shipping production software.
- Experience in turning ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python.
- Experience with containerization and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and standard engineering practices.
- Experience evaluating AI models and tools based on business fit.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
