Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-performance, secure applications.
- Build a new version of the platform using Golang.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams to implement technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback on code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability and address technical debt.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile development activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain system stability and reliability.
- Propose improvements based on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and team mentorship.
- Work with the support team as needed to help respond to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software-development experience using Golang.
- Proficiency with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Payments, financial-services, banking, or fintech experience is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
