Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered tools and applications for engineering use cases.
- Build and integrate GenAI and AI agent solutions.
- Work with data pipelines, analytics, and machine learning workflows.
- Support AI model deployment and evaluation.
- Collaborate with global teams to improve engineering productivity.
- Contribute to software development, testing, and automation activities.
- Apply emerging AI, cloud, and DevOps technologies to engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or modern AI application development.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and OpenAI-compatible APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, container technologies, data processing, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application lifecycles.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and collaborative software development workflows.
- Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with AI copilots, agents, chatbots, or workflow automation; familiarity with Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, or enterprise AI platforms; and exposure to DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, or software quality engineering.
