Base Salary
$114k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and scaling of the Oracle Fusion technology stack supporting Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and FP&A.
- Configure, customize, maintain, and support Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP solutions.
- Design robust financial data models and end-to-end solution architectures for accounting operations and reporting.
- Build and support integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Use Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development, code generation, testing automation, and delivery acceleration.
- Identify system inefficiencies and automate financial workflows to reduce manual operational overhead.
- Translate accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and comprehensive documentation.
- Advise executives on Oracle’s native AI capabilities and contribute hands-on code and fixes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
- Strong proficiency in relational databases, advanced SQL and PL/SQL, and SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML web services.
- Experience with accounting process transformation, financial data modeling, and end-to-end solution architecture.
- Ability to translate complex accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with Accounting, Data Engineering, Integration, product, and business leadership teams.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java is preferred.
- Experience with Tax or FCCS financial modules is preferred.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms is preferred.
