Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-facing alternatives specialist connecting private-markets trends, investment workflows, and technology solutions.
- Lead technical sales support for Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information and manage solution environments for client engagements.
- Explain product capabilities and deliver tailored demonstrations to business and technical stakeholders.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend solutions that improve client and firm outcomes.
- Partner with sales, product, and service teams to align proposed solutions with client objectives.
- Support conferences, industry events, and other marketing and business-development activities.
- Provide market feedback and client insights to Product teams to shape future platform enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven client-facing experience in Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Consulting, Project Management, or a related function within investment management or financial technology.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to business and technical audiences.
- Experience presenting software solutions or technical concepts to senior business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, ownership, intellectual-curiosity, and collaboration skills.
- Strong interest in financial markets, investment technology, and the financial technology landscape.
- Preferred experience in alternative investments, private equity, or related private-markets segments.
