Responsibilities
- Provide functional and subject matter expertise for complex client solutions during the pre-sales process.
- Own the technical components of the sales process and develop product demonstrations for Aladdin and eFront.
- Assess customer requirements, recommend solutions, and coordinate solution design with sales, product, and service teams.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information from prospective clients.
- Coordinate and manage internal solution environments.
- Communicate product positioning to business and technical users and convey client feedback to the Product team.
- Support marketing activities including trade shows, conferences, and other related events.
Requirements
- Proven client-facing experience in professional services consulting, sales engineering, project management, or solutions roles, ideally in investment management.
- Knowledge of alternative asset or private equity concepts and workflows.
- Experience presenting technical concepts or software to senior business users.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain sophisticated concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and time-management skills.
- Passion for financial markets and financial technology.
- Prior experience in alternative investment management or private equity is advantageous.
