Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define problem spaces, propose technical solutions, and own delivery through production.
- Identify reliability concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Propose and deliver architectural improvements.
- Influence the roadmap toward technical excellence in software and data engineering.
- Translate complex and ambiguous business and customer requirements into resilient software engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with proven experience applying them to data engineering.
- Expertise working with data streaming technologies such as Kafka and Flink.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team setting.
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and translating their needs into technical requirements for team-wide delivery.
