Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and support Manufacturing Execution System software and related server systems for optical-fiber manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on MES implementation across the optical-fiber division.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical and professional growth.
- Participate in capital projects, cost-reduction efforts, and capacity-expansion initiatives.
- Provide occasional after-hours on-call production support.
- Integrate MES into manufacturing processes and troubleshoot underlying technical needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 5 years of object-oriented design and development experience using languages such as C#, VB.Net, or Java.
- Proficiency with C#, VB.Net, SQL, Camstar, and Git.
- Experience with .NET using C# or VB.Net.
- Experience administering Windows Server and IIS.
- Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps or GitLab.
- Experience with Camstar and MES integration into manufacturing processes.
- Experience providing production support in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
