Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery of software projects.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables for alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate actively in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
