Responsibilities
- Own the architectural roadmap and delivery of Dialpad’s Agentic infrastructure.
- Design and deploy scalable, multi-modal AI agents for real-time voice reasoning.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical standards for an AI-native SDLC.
- Collaborate with leadership across Product, Engineering, and Applied Research.
- Research and implement emerging agent frameworks and advanced retrieval systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
- Strong foundations in scaling distributed systems and production-grade infrastructure.
- Experience with LLM platforms and inference optimization strategies.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or AWS/Google Agent ecosystems.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build cutting-edge AI products from the ground up.
