Responsibilities
- Design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for client business needs.
- Define cloud architecture strategy and lead end-to-end enterprise-scale architecture design on AWS.
- Design cross-service integrations using AWS compute, storage, database, networking, messaging, and integration services.
- Lead AWS Well-Architected Framework reviews using the AWS WA Tool across all six pillars.
- Establish architecture governance frameworks, review boards, and design authority processes.
- Drive performance engineering initiatives using CloudWatch, X-Ray, Trusted Advisor, and Compute Optimizer.
- Analyze business requirements, develop technical designs, and support successful solution delivery.
- Lead and mentor architecture teams while building organizational capability.
- Engage clients and executive stakeholders, validate outcomes, incorporate feedback, and align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, QA, and business teams to support delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 12 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, and Management of Technology.
- Experience leveraging Amazon Web Services for solution architecture is preferred.
- Experience with systems thinking, technology implementation and integration innovation, client validation, and leading teams through complex situations is preferred.
- Experience developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams is preferred.
