Base Salary
$152k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable build, regression, and release infrastructure for chip designers.
- Develop user-facing services to schedule, track, and triage design flows.
- Build internal tools to collect, analyze, monitor, and visualize build and deployment metrics.
- Research and adapt CI/CD practices to improve tooling and meet industry standards.
- Maintain backward compatibility while improving reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with a compiled language such as C++ or Golang and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Tcl.
- Experience writing production-quality code.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, computer architecture, and computer science theory.
- Ability to work flexibly in a global environment with varied frameworks and requirements.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience includes AI/ML, agentic workflows, Git or Perforce, Make/CMake/makepp/Bazel, full-stack development, code-quality and performance tools, and distributed computing systems such as LSF.
