Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain Salesforce test cases, scripts, and test data.
- Perform manual and automated testing across functional, GUI, regression, retesting, integration, user acceptance, production sanity, data migration, and data flow scenarios.
- Manage defects, maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix, perform root cause analysis, and create quality improvement action plans.
- Gather and analyze business requirements through documentation and workshops and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support project delivery planning, sprint planning, team coordination, stand-up meetings, customer calls, and retrospectives.
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions and workshops.
- Configure and manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, accounts, contacts, record types, sharing rules, custom objects, reports, list views, and page layouts.
- Develop management dashboards and query, extract, and upload system data.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of quality assurance experience, with significant experience in Salesforce environments.
- Basic Salesforce administration knowledge, including user management, security settings, customization, report generation, and list view configuration.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, MBA, MCA, or M.Tech qualification; the posting specifically lists Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Technology as required degrees.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Process Builder, Apex, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
