Responsibilities
- Plan, design, execute, and support testing activities across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Perform manual smoke, sanity, functional, system integration, regression, data migration, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze requirements and develop test scenarios, test cases, validation strategies, and test plans.
- Manage test cases, test suites, test plans, execution tracking, defects, reporting, and traceability using Azure DevOps.
- Identify, document, prioritize, track, retest, and close defects in collaboration with development and functional teams.
- Perform end-to-end validation across integrated Oracle business processes and support release validation.
- Document test results, risks, quality metrics, requirements linkage, and deployment-related testing artifacts.
- Contribute to QA standards, testing best practices, process improvement, project planning, requirement reviews, and test strategy discussions.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong functional testing experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Proven ability to perform comprehensive end-to-end validation across Oracle Fusion business processes.
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle and defect management processes.
- Experience with requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, test execution, and reporting.
- Proficiency in defect lifecycle management, including logging, prioritization, tracking, retesting, and closure.
- Strong knowledge of integration testing and validation across multiple business processes and systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and business users in global onshore and offshore teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, testing methodologies, and proactive stakeholder reporting.
