Senior Software QA Engineer
SS&C TechnologiesResponsibilities
- Define end-to-end QA strategy, test plans, and release criteria.
- Develop and execute manual and automated functional and integration test cases.
- Build and maintain scalable test-automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.
- Monitor system stability, analyze test results, and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and support high-quality releases.
- Document findings, quality metrics, bug tracking, and release reporting.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment.
Requirements
- Require 8+ years of QA experience with strong expertise in test automation.
- Require hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright and API testing with Postman or Rest Assured.
- Require strong debugging skills and the ability to build test-automation frameworks.
- Require strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, accountability, and collaboration skills.
- Require proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Require the ability to use AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate QA processes.
- Experience with wealth management or financial services, including trading, investments, portfolios, or compliance, is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is required.
