Base Salary
$70k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the architecture, design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions under senior guidance.
- Maintain and improve ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and HRSD.
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, workflows, and related platform functionality.
- Assist with requirements gathering, use cases, testing procedures, system integrations, implementation plans, SOPs, and architecture documentation.
- Support environment configuration, release management, production support, unit testing, and product verification before deployment.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and operations teams.
- Prepare status reports and presentations and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform or demonstrable foundational knowledge of its architecture and capabilities.
- Exposure to design, development, or support tasks on a platform or software project.
- Basic familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM concepts.
- Basic experience or coursework with JavaScript/Glide, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS.
- Ability to work within an Agile framework, including daily scrums, ceremonies, and updating ServiceNow stories.
- ServiceNow certifications, custom-scoped application development, external-system integrations, Now Assist, AI Agents, and automated test framework experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, portal development, ITAM, SAM/HAM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping is preferred.
Benefits

- The posting lists a pay range of $69,550.00–$125,725.00.
