Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Generative AI services and multi-agent systems.
  • Implement RAG, tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, and agent orchestration solutions.
  • Integrate and operate models through LLM gateways and APIs.
  • Develop LLMOps practices for monitoring, observability, evaluation, and governance.
  • Implement usage measurement, chargeback, and inference-cost optimization mechanisms.
  • Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines supporting billing and metering.
  • Apply MLOps, CI/CD, automated testing, model lifecycle management, deployment, and rollback practices.
  • Handle incidents, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement for AI services.
  • Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, Platform, Security, and Data teams.

Requirements

  • Practical experience delivering Generative AI projects in production environments.
  • Experience in software engineering and applied AI.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced Python knowledge and experience with AWS, preferably.
  • Knowledge of GenAI, agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, multi-step reasoning, RAG, prompt engineering, and LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience with LLMOps, LLM gateways such as LiteLLM, model API integration, observability, LLM application evaluation, latency optimization, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, experiment versioning and tracking, CI/CD, automated testing, AI-service deployment and rollback.
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, batch and streaming processing, Spark, Lakehouse architectures, and data orchestration.
  • Preferred experience with Kafka, event streaming, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Databricks, Delta Lake, DLT, internal developer platforms, and global distributed environments.
