Responsibilities
- Ship an internal release of a new feature within the first week.
- Own a product area and be accountable for its performance in production by the end of the first month.
- Develop a solid relationship with the team and understand the codebase deeply.
- Comfortably navigate the codebase with confidence and purpose by the third month.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in feature development.
- Experience with Typescript and PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on coding approach.
- Comfortable making independent technical and product decisions.
