Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend applications using Java and related technologies.
- Implement and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient microservices architectures.
- Develop user interfaces and integrate them with REST APIs.
- Optimize application performance for scalability, low latency, reliability, and high throughput.
- Write clean, maintainable, extensible, and testable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews and share technical knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain system stability and reliability.
- Stay current with industry trends and improve systems and development practices.
- Adopt AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of Java, its ecosystem, and full-stack development practices.
- Experience developing microservices and APIs with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency with Node, NPM, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular for frontend development.
- Experience developing backend services with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful services.
- Experience building cloud-native applications using AWS or Azure.
- Experience developing maintainable, extensible, and testable distributed systems.
- Experience with Kafka, containerization, source control management practices, and DevOps principles.
- Understanding of modern and functional programming styles.
- Experience delivering end-to-end solutions across user interfaces, backend services, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, time-management, and adaptability skills.
