Base Salary
$134k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday.
- Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL-style syncs.
- Translate business requirements into integration designs and implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot data sync issues, schema mismatches, and API failures.
- Implement strong error handling, logging, and documentation practices.
- Partner with stakeholders on Lead-to-Cash and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Document integration designs and operational procedures.
- Support integration platform standards for API usage and data modeling.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in integration engineering or related backend systems role.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato for enterprise SaaS integrations.
- Understanding of modern API patterns and authentication concepts.
- Ability to write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication of technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
