Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage UDS deployments using Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized applications.
- Deploy and manage UDS environments across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and on-premises.
- Build and maintain custom UDS packages and application-specific modules.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code modules for provisioning customer environments.
- Provide on-call support for critical UDS issues in customer environments.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, offering guidance and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver technical training content for customers.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of UDS.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with teams to experiment with new tools and strategies.
- Analyze operational data to optimize delivery strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AKS, AWS EKS, or on-prem Kubernetes.
- Experience with Helm, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps/DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and effectiveness in a remote team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for on-site training and support.
- DoD IAT Level II certification preferred.
- A DoD Secret clearance is preferred but not required.
