Responsibilities
- Create scalable, maintainable end-to-end architectures for Salesforce implementations.
- Translate business needs between non-technical executives and development teams.
- Define governance standards for data modeling, Flow automation, security, and architecture.
- Advise on Salesforce clouds and AppExchange products for specific business needs.
- Design Salesforce integrations with other systems, tools, and custom databases using point-to-point or middleware approaches.
- Mentor junior developers and administrators on established architecture standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Flow, data modeling, role hierarchies, and object-oriented design.
- Proven experience implementing solutions across multiple Salesforce products or clouds.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, leadership, and architecture governance skills.
