Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate software solutions aligned with business needs.
- Analyze system requirements and customize applications for optimal functionality.
- Assist with software updates and application release rollouts.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to verify software against technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in software applications and systems.
- Use market research and industry trends to inform project strategies and product offerings.
- Train operational staff to use internally developed applications.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Work regular nights, weekends, and variable schedules as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Coursework combined with experience or extensive related professional experience may be considered in place of the stated degree.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, troubleshoot software issues, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership.
- Availability for regular, punctual attendance and nights, weekends, and variable schedules.
