Responsibilities
- Configure and code ServiceNow solutions, including UI changes, workflows, reports, data imports, integrations, scripting, and custom applications.
- Develop Service Catalog request flows using Workflow, Events, and Notifications.
- Create reusable utilities, Service Portal applications, automated processes, and customized applications on ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using SOAP and REST.
- Create and maintain technical design and specification documentation.
- Analyze user requirements, enhance system capabilities, automate workflows, and address scheduling limitations.
- Perform system and integration testing and provide test data for developed scenarios.
- Provide technical feasibility and data support to analysts.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proficiency in ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, and Service Portal technologies.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, and BCM is preferred but not required.
- Mandatory English language proficiency.
- Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication, pragmatic decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
