Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with developers to identify product defects and improve serviceability.
- Analyze customer data to mitigate risks and improve product reliability.
- Partner with technology allies to resolve issues collaboratively.
- Create and expand internal and external knowledge bases.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Gather customer feedback and work with development teams on product enhancements.
- Provide rotational weekday and off-hours support coverage as needed.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in virtualization, preferably VMware ESXi, networking, Linux systems, DevOps, cloud, or enterprise storage.
- Experience directly resolving complex technical issues with customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to develop tools and improve internal and external knowledge bases.
- A degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- Customer-driven mindset focused on high-quality support experiences.
