Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality product features using React and TypeScript.
- Design interfaces that make complex workflows and data understandable and efficient.
- Help define and evolve our shared component library and frontend architecture.
- Establish and promote best practices for frontend engineering.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Mentor and guide other frontend engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Improve performance, usability, and accessibility across the product.
- Help adopt and refine AI-assisted development workflows.
Requirements
- Strong experience building production React applications with TypeScript.
- Experience designing maintainable frontend architecture in growing codebases.
- Experience building or maintaining shared UI component libraries or design systems.
- A track record of raising the bar for frontend quality through code review, mentorship, and technical leadership.
- Strong product instincts and empathy for end users.
- Ability to take ownership of meaningful product areas and drive them forward.
- Comfort collaborating across engineering, product, and design.
