Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions, modules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with and help manage teams, contributing to technical and team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing custom modules and integrations within enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and deployment strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
