Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical architecture for complex PIM, PXM, and commerce SaaS implementations from discovery through deployment.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and extensible architectures across PIM, DAM, ERP, commerce, and syndication platforms.
  • Define integration strategies using APIs, services, webhooks, event-driven patterns, batch and bulk interfaces, and error-handling mechanisms.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for configuration, custom development, integration, solution quality, and performance.
  • Act as the technical authority and escalation point while enforcing governance, security, data integrity, access control, auditability, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with functional leads, project managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to align technical design with business outcomes.
  • Support pre-sales and business development through solution visions, architecture assessments, estimates, and RFP responses.
  • Advise clients on PIM and commerce vendor selection, trade-offs, roadmaps, AEO, GEO, LLM syndication, GenAI, and agentic commerce strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in PIM platform architecture, data modeling, API and integration engineering, workflow and governance configuration, SQL, Python, ETL or iPaaS tools, and performance and scalability planning.
  • At least 3 years of integration architecture experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, pagination, rate limits, webhooks, event-driven integrations, batch and bulk APIs, data transformations, and large-scale catalog synchronization.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or program management, IT resource management, and/or IT operations management.
  • At least 4 years of experience implementing large, complex enterprise PIM solutions, including platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, Akeneo, InRiver, Informatica P360, Stibo STEP, or 1WorldSync.
  • Experience with XML, JSON, and CSV mapping and transformation, data quality and validation, upstream data profiling, bulk migrations of 100,000 or more SKUs, and multilingual and multiregional datasets.
  • Solid understanding of AEO, GEO, and adapting product data for UCP, ACP, and MCP protocols.
  • Preferred experience in pre-sales, business development, proposal creation, GDSN, digital shelf analytics, enhanced content, retailer schemas, GenAI or agentic AI integration, and AEO or GEO implementation.
  • Ability to own a solution offering and develop and execute a strategy and business plan for its growth.
