Responsibilities
- Own application deployment, release automation, and operational excellence across cloud-hosted services.
- Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and support enterprise applications in cloud or virtualized environments.
- Manage application lifecycles and contribute to continuous improvement across cloud platforms.
- Monitor service health and provide operational support using observability and monitoring tools.
- Automate software deployments and infrastructure operations using automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and support teams to maintain stable, scalable, and secure services.
- Contribute to a DevSecOps-driven operating model and troubleshoot service availability issues.
Requirements
- Experience in application operations, cloud operations, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar technical environment.
- Experience deploying, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting enterprise applications in cloud or virtualized environments.
- Understanding of software architecture and Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation and Infrastructure-as-Code technologies.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational support tools such as New Relic, Zabbix, Nagios, or PRTG.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, load balancing, clustering, and service availability best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
