Responsibilities
- Lead cloud operations and site reliability initiatives across enterprise-scale environments.
- Own cloud platform architecture, automation, deployment, and operational excellence.
- Support cloud migrations, critical deployments, disaster recovery planning, and production incident management.
- Automate operational processes using scripting and configuration-management tools.
- Manage production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and improve platform resiliency.
- Collaborate globally with Product Development, Professional Services, Client Support, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Several years of experience supporting cloud applications, platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong expertise in DevOps and cloud technologies including GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Deep understanding of Linux administration, containerized deployments, virtualization, cloud architecture, monitoring, and high-availability platforms.
- Proven experience with production incidents, root cause analysis, disaster recovery, and 24x7 operational support environments.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
