Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management services.
- Own financial operations systems including transfers and payments orchestration.
- Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure for transaction management.
- Define and uphold reliability and observability standards for core services.
- Lead large, cross-functional technical projects from design through rollout.
- Mentor and guide other engineers in engineering standards and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in security and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5–12+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in fintech or crypto.
- Deep expertise in identity & access, financial systems, or blockchain infrastructure.
- Strong experience in designing and operating distributed systems.
- Proven track record in driving architecture decisions to implementation.
- Operational mindset with skills in monitoring and incident response.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
